Terms of Sale Agreement
1. Application of Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these General Terms and Conditions (the "Conditions") shall apply to all sales by any authorized member of Chrises Real Solutions to a purchaser ("Buyer").
2. Offer and Acceptance
Chrises Real Solutions' offers are non-binding until accepted and confirmed by an order acknowledgement issued by Chrises Real Solutions in compliance with these Conditions, which is acknowledged by Chrises Real Solutions.
Important Note: An order is only considered accepted when you receive a formal order acknowledgement from Chrises Real Solutions that complies with these Conditions.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
Buyer may not change or cancel any purchase order after it has been received by Chrises Real Solutions unless Chrises Real Solutions has agreed in writing to such change or cancellation.
All requests for order modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing and will only be effective upon written confirmation from Chrises Real Solutions.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are subject to change without notice until an order is formally accepted. Payment terms are as specified on the invoice, and late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times provided are estimates only. Chrises Real Solutions is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery of products to the carrier.
